Wouldn’t it be nice if your bank actually said thank you for banking with them? CommBank’s Yello is the first bank rewards program that says, thank you, just for banking with them. Partnering with Brand+Story, POPULA was asked by CommBank to develop a mobile-first approach to launch Yello. So how do you tell all Australians about the most exciting change to banking in decades?

Powered by the ear worm of Cat Empire’s ‘Hello, Hello!’ the campaign came alive by showcasing the surprisingly good reward offers like cashback on your grocery shopping with Coles, discounts on streaming services with Disney, and tasty discounts off your new look at The ICONIC. We created bespoke mobile creative that drew from the campaign world along with the brand message so no matter which platform you viewed it on you knew about Yello before the skip or the swipe..
